What’s the next decision you and your team are facing?

What’s keeping you stuck?

What do you absolutely need in order to get there? Are there unanswered questions you can’t reasonably guess the answers to?

What can you discard? How big a risk are you taking if you’re wrong? Can you revisit and redirect?

More important than a bias towards action is a bias towards decisiveness. The former creates activity, but it’s not directed. The latter creates direction.
